However, this does not mean that you will not have continuity of care on your matter but my staff and I, support and advise each other and our clients to ensure that your client care is our main priority. You will always know who is dealing with your matter and who your point of contact is, but I will also be able to assist if needed. This ensures that the quality of service I provide remains the same across the board.
In addition, I also realise that it can be difficult to juggle day-to-day life alongside stressful divorce or children’s proceedings and I will therefore be available for you to contact and instruct me by whichever method suits you: Telephone, email, video call or an appointment in person. Furthermore, as a busy mother myself, I know that it can sometimes be difficult to fit appointments into the working day. I am happy to book in appointments by telephone and video call out of hours, if this is more convenient.
