Lisa Ellis
Lisa trained and qualified into a Legal 500 law firm and has been practicing Family Law for over 15 years’. Following her training and qualification, she spent several years at a leading law firm in Surrey dealing with high net worth and complex divorce and financial matters. More recently Lisa has returned to Hampshire heading up the Family Law Team in a leading law firm on the South Coast.
This background has ensured that Lisa has a vast wealth of experience in all areas of family law. Lisa is experienced at handling low net worth and “smaller” cases as well as taking on the “big” law firms and reaching a successful outcome for her clients. Lisa’s philosophy is that every client counts and therefore it does not matter to her whether your matter is simple or complex, your assets large or small. Lisa understands that your matter and situation are important to you and therefore they are important to her. This ethos sets her apart from other solicitors. Each and every client and their case is managed with priority, attention to detail and sensitivity.
Catherine Day
Catherine trained and qualified at a firm in the London area. Since 2010, she has worked for several firms in the local area, gaining an excellent reputation as a family law specialist.
Prior to this, she was a Trusts and Lottery Manager for a national charity before qualifying as a solicitor. She originally studied French and Spanish at the University of Bristol before undertaking the conversion course and qualifying.
Catherine has a range of experience including being involved in a Court of Appeal case. She aims to provide a responsive, approachable and supportive service and recognises what a stressful time this can be. Catherine supports all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution but also recognises when court proceedings are essential.
Catherine is a member of Resolution and adheres to their Code of Conduct.
In her spare time, Catherine enjoys travelling, exploring the local area and volunteering locally.
